So we know that Mona at the end was found with this mask. But what if I told you that it might not be her. Look at how the person in the mask’s eyes are, there’re a greenish, blue. But Mona’s is a pure brown. Also in a interview when someone asked her about if she was this person, all she said that she had the mask, she never confirmed it was her.

I can’t wait until January 8th 8/7 c on ABC Family since PLL 3b is starting! I am so excited. Here is some info from ABC family.com :
